About the Founder
Elizabeth Wisser is Principal Solicitor at Elizabeth Wisser Lawyers and is admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Victoria and admitted to the High Court of Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Victoria University, Graduate Certificate in Australia Immigration Law and Practice from Victoria University and Master of Laws from The University of Melbourne.
Elizabeth is also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Law Council of Australia (Federal Litigation and Dispute Resolution Section), and the Migration Alliance.
A few words from the Founder
Having practiced in the migration industry since 2009 I have had the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge through the complex cases and issues which I have assisted with. I believe that a client is empowered to make an informed decision regarding their visa circumstances when they understand the migration process and possible outcomes clearly. This often includes the ability to understand our very complex legal system.
My goal is to assist in simplifying the visa process, by offering the best available solution to our client’s individual circumstance so they can achieve the outcome desired. I acknowledge that at times this can be difficult to do, and I am therefore committed to providing the most up to date advice based on updated Migration law and regulations and case law outcomes.
